You're pretty limited in what it can output. Within just the regular options, no, you can't. What you could do, and it won't be easy, would be to create output from the step itself that includes information on the Job Category. That would require you to capture that information within the process of the step and then put it into the output from the step and then log the output. Messy and a lot of manual work for each & every step.
