Trying to add a linked server from MS SQL to a Tandem based system HELP PLEASE!!!!

Im trying to create a Linked server from MS SQL 2008 to another DBMS which is called Tandem. I supply the following fields. I get the error below. Any suggestions? Provider: Microsoft OLEBD Provider for ODBC Drivers Product name: APS1 Datasource: Blank Provider string:Data Source=APS1;Initial Catalog=AIRPRD;User Id=jason;Password=password1; Location:blank Catalog:Blank

Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "APS1". OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "APS1" returned message "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified". (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 7303)
