Trying to add a linked server from MS SQL to a Tandem based system HELP PLEASE!!!!

Im trying to create a Linked server from MS SQL 2008 to another DBMS which is called Tandem. I supply the following fields. I get the error below. Any suggestions? Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "APS1". OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "APS1" returned message "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified". (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 7303)
