Our management uses Cognos and would like to query our SQL Server 2008 database which is storing data as XML. Can anyone help me with a process, tool or method that can be used to achieve the results. It is unclear as to whether they want to format it for reporting as part of the process or just read the data from the XML. Any assistance with this would be gratefully accepted.
