"Cannot generate SSPI context” error message

I'm using SQL Server 2008R2 and 2 servers are on same domain with Default instances. I'm getting Cannot generate SSPI context error while using SSMS to connect to different server.

How can I resolve this?

I would start with this support document from Microsoft : How to troubleshoot the "Cannot generate SSPI context" error message

Even though it doesn't list 2008 in the 'Applies to' section, it contains a lot of background info to this error and Kerberos
