"Cannot generate SSPI context” error message

I'm using SQL Server 2008R2 and 2 servers are on same domain with Default instances. I'm getting Cannot generate SSPI context error while using SSMS to connect to different server.

How can I resolve this?

I would start with this support document from Microsoft : [How to troubleshoot the "Cannot generate SSPI context" error message][1]

Even though it doesn't list 2008 in the 'Applies to' section, it contains a lot of background info to this error and Kerberos

New code box

There's a new way to format code on the site - the red speech bubble logo will automatically format T-SQL for you. The original code box is still there for XML, etc. More details here.
