You are running an unsupported version of SQL server and one of the patches have probably replaced something that SQL 2000 is depending on. I soul recommend you to upgrade to SQL 2008 r2 Thanks Winther, But I have un-installed the pataches already, still slow performance. Slow performance is only uploading time, the rest of the day are running fine no high CPU usage or no high memory too.

Those patches are all Window OS patches. None appeared to be a SQL Server patch. Is the uploading you are refering to importing data into a database or uploading files to the server?
Hi Shawn,
It is importing data to database server.
AYH.
Browsing those KB articles I did not really see any that appear to affect SQL performance. Could it be that the data import may have grown and it was just coincidence?
