Each remote server can connect to your Azure instance with SSIS.
Here is a tutorial on connecting to SQL Azure from an SSIS package - [http://beyondrelational.com/blogs/parasdoshi/archive/2011/07/18/how-to-use-sql-server-integration-services-ssis-to-migrate-data-from-sql-server-to-sql-azure-lt-lt-paras-doshi.aspx]: http://beyondrelational.com/blogs/parasdoshi/archive/2011/07/18/how-to-use-sql-server-integration-services-ssis-to-migrate-data-from-sql-server-to-sql-azure-lt-lt-paras-doshi.aspx

You can use Red Gate tools to do exactly that. Also, MS has a new [import/export] mechanism that will help you out.: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=2&ved=0CD8QFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sqlazurelabs.com%2FImportExport.aspx&ei=Kyx3TseHFNCwhQeT6bjNDA&usg=AFQjCNHl5J8kUfdsZGAgfOCgjSwQGk2ehw&sig2=nPl0TCK0WYk68UrQOy1Ouw
