log message - "setting database option COMPATABILITY-LEVEL to 100 for database..."

I am getting an overwhelming amount of messages in my error log everyday stating, "setting database option COMPATABILITY-LEVEL to 100 for database [db_name]" How can I stop these messages? They don't seem to be crtical but are filling up my log file and making it difficult to find more important messages. Thanks!

Is it always the same database? What options are set for that database/the databases in question?

1 answer: sort newest

Is this on a SSRS database?

If so it seems from this Connect item, that it was fixed in 2008R2

There also seems to be a [potential workaround here][2], where you change the service account.

New code box

There's a new way to format code on the site - the red speech bubble logo will automatically format T-SQL for you. The original code box is still there for XML, etc. More details here.
