Is there a way to view SQL Server 2000 DTS files like on a IDE

Hi Friends,

I have to open and see DTS packages on desinger to figure out an migration error...but to do this SSMS 2008 with DTS Desginer components is not working its throwing some unhandled error.

So just thinking if we can open it in some kind of IDE so that I can figuegure out error.

OS i am using is Windows 7

You could install the old SQL Server 2000 client tools, which includes the DTS Designer. I would then suggest to look at migrating the DTS packages to SSIS.
