i was unable to restart the mssqlserver services...the service is starting and the moment i refresh it is getting stopped...even i have tried restating my system ..but all my tries are in vain....

Look in the system event log - there will be entries relating to the starting and stopping (including any errors) of the services i checked in the event log i couldnot find error related messages there

Have you tried the SQL logs within the installation dir?

does you sql services start with any user name, or the speciifed username had changed the password.
