After rebuilding master on several SQL 2008 clustered instances, I get problems with the data collection to MDW. We had to rebuild to change collation due to this setup bug. (argh!) After the rebuild the following jobs fail. Collection_set_2_collection Collection_set_2_upload Collection_set_3_collection Collection_set_3_upload It happens consistently over 3 instances in the same cluster, with different errors. I am looking fo se if any of you are MDW gurus and can explain to me what happens to it during master rebuild? And how do I uninstall it? That is my next step, to reistall, but I can 't find how to uninstall it first :-(

I had some trouble with MDW before, but after a recommendation from some guys here I installed a cumulative update (I think it was CU5). If you already have CU5, try to reinstall it and see what happens. Thanks, I will try that at the next service window
