Reporting Services 2008R2 - Subscriptions Creation - Authentication And Authorization Fail

The application has operating system Windows 2003 Server and SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2. The application uses custom dll to do the authentication and authorization in Reporting Services. There is a SQL job that creates standard subscriptions. This job run under the user Local System. When the job tries to create new standard subscription, the following error occurred: "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized." This error is accepted before the authentication and authorization in custom dll (I attached to Reporting Services process and put breakpoint in the authentication function). This problem does not happen with SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 (with all operating systems) and in SQL Server 2008 R2 with Windows 2008. Somebody has any idea how to solve it?

If your SSRS2008R2 service is running under AD account, then you probably do not have registered SPN for it.

Check this on MSDN:
How to: Configure Windows Authentication in Reporting Services
How to: Configure a Service Account for Reporting Services
[How to: Register a Service Principal Name (SPN) for a Report Server][3]

New code box

There's a new way to format code on the site - the red speech bubble logo will automatically format T-SQL for you. The original code box is still there for XML, etc. More details here.
