It seems to be failing around the reporting services section. The error log is specifying one of the logins that gets created by reporting services. Have you removed it from the system? What does the upgrade advisor say when run? That normally hints as possible problems in advance. Also, if you don't use reporting, have you considers removing it before upgrading?
