Check this article on MSDN: [How to: Display Row and Column Headers on Multiple Pages (Reporting Services)][1]

What should interest you is the section: To repeat rows with column headings for a table with row groups

If you follow the instruction, you will the repeating of the headers will functioning pretty well.

New code box

There's a new way to format code on the site - the red speech bubble logo will automatically format T-SQL for you. The original code box is still there for XML, etc. More details here.
