Oracle VM Template Builder on none-Oracle VM solutions

Does anyone know if Oracle VM Template builder is deployable on none-oracle VM systems (ie; VMWARE server/ESX)?

From the Oracle press release it looks like this is only for Oracle's virtualization solution not for VMware's or others. Here is the relevant text:

...scripts for developing pre-packaged virtual machines for Oracle VM.
