For any general issue including bugs etc., you can raise ticket on the Microsoft Connect site related to SQL Server.

+1 on connect site...they are very good at getting back with you. However be sure to give as much information as you can (logs, error messages, etc) so they can try to reproduce on their systems.
Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 524.3 kB each and 1.0 MB total.
