We got this error in event log.one of the database is not accessing from web server . How to resolve this ?

It's a disconnect error, so you need to determine why the web server has been disconnected from the database. It could be any number of things. Is the network connection still up between the two machines? Did the database server reboot or failover? Do you have errors in the log in SQL Server? That's just a start. To really answer the question requires more data and it's all on your end right now.
