Cumulative update file names

I'm looking to install Cumulative Update 4 for SQL 2008 R2 on my dev machine. I've got to the download page but I'm stuck on the file names. I can pick some or all of these files:

 1. 2008R2_RTM_SNAC_CU4_2345451_10_50_1746_x64
 2. 2008R2_RTM_MDS_CU4_2345451_10_50_1746_x64
 3. 2008R2_RTM_SapBI_CU4_2345451_10_50_1746_x64
 4. 2008R2_RTM_RSShrPnt_CU4_2345451_10_50_1746_x64
 5. SQLServer2008R2_RTM_CU4_2345451_10_50_1746_x64

I can guess some of them (I think): SNAC=native client, MDS=Master Data Services. But what the hell are the rest? There's no explanation on the page but presumably it's explained somewhere. Does anyone know where, please?

RSShrPnt = ReportingServicesSharePoint
RTM = Released To Manufacturing
SapBI = SAP Business Intelligence (I guess)

I posted the question on the MSDN SQL forum and got referred to this article that explains it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822499/

I'm a little annoyed that they require a secret decoder website to explain what the files are. I've been puzzling them out all this time (and not always correctly!). A little blurb right on the download page would be entirely in order.

KenJ: I couldn't agree more. (Although a link to the explanation would be better normalization!)
