[meta] How much reputation do you need to vote (up or down)?

I looked on the FAQ and while it mentions "moderator functions" and the reputation needed, it doesn't mention how much is needed to simply vote.

I am hanging out to see when I can cast my first one.

@TRAD, I don't think so. Now my reputation is 43 and I just casted my first up vote successfully.

Any user should be able to vote regardless of the number of karma points. From faq page:

Each user of the site is able to cast 60 votes per 24 hours (in fact, a 24 hour sliding window), regardless of how much karma they have. You should start seeing warnings that you're approaching the limit when you're down to 10 votes. Be aware that the limit takes into account your voting on questions, comments, and answers!
