How do I disable the Debug button in SSMS?

I hate the fact that I keep hitting the Green play button in Management Studio to run queries, because that's what seems natural based on other environments.

How do I disable that button, so that I hit "Execute" every time (as I want to!) ?

You can "Customize" your toolbar and remove the button, but that doesn't help you if you are using shortcuts. (Alt+F5)

Click the arrow to the right "Toolbar options" and click the button "Add or remove button" and "SQL Editor".
