Since you are experiencing the problem when trying to submit a post on main SSC site, the answer to this question might help, specifically if the source of it (Symantec Endpoint Protection) is the same. Oleg

As oleg mentioned, I have had such problems in the past with posting codes that contains some signature words due to Symantec endpoint protection. Have you tried posting different content? Try it below with some thing simple first. Also make sure if there is a minimum rep you should have before you will be able to answer questions.

To be able to add a comment you must have karma points > 50. You should be able to post a new answer but not comment on an existing response. I think the documentation says that, but we asked that the setting be changed to zero so that people can comment.

Are you clicking on "Add new comment" or are you typing into "Answer the question"?
what question are you trying to post the response on? The link to the error message isnt much use ... Are you signed in?
