Setting the SQLSetEnvAttr in an SSIS package

How do you set "SQLSetEnvAttr" in an SSIS package. The ODBC driver isn't compatible with the new OLE DB version 3.#

I have browsed through two days of web sites, looking for examples of setting the the "ODBC_AllocEnvironment" to version 2 within the SSIS package.

Thanks for any help provided.
